A little about me
Iâm Jessica Kijowski, MS, CCC-SLP, an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 26 years of experience specializing in accent, speech, and professional communication coaching. Iâve spent my entire professional career working in this specialty.
Accent and communication coaching hasnât been a side service for me. Itâs been my full-time work since 2000.
Over the years, Iâve worked with a wide range of speakers, from award-winning actors and voice-over artists to executives, educators, lawyers, and international professionals from around the world.
Iâve also trained more than 300 instructors to develop their skills in accent and communication coaching. Many came to this work with backgrounds in speech, language, teaching, voice, or communication but had never been shown how to turn those skills into a structured professional service.
Most of them began exactly where you might be right now: curious about the field, interested in the possibilities, and wondering, âCould I really do this?â
After more than two decades in this field, I know there is a real market for skilled, well-trained professionals who can help people communicate more clearly and confidently. I see that demand in my own practice, and I now see instructors Iâve trained beginning to build their own services and work with their own students.
