HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Live Strategy Sessions & CE Hours

We meet every other week for live strategy sessions to sharpen our skills, troubleshoot real client cases, and share what’s working in our businesses.

Recent sessions have covered topics like:
• Teaching rhythm and intonation effectively
• Using AI tools for lesson planning and marketing
• Systems that save time and boost client retention
• How to film, edit, and promote on a budget
• Earning more through group programs and digital products

Can’t make it live? Every session is recorded and added to your replay library and members can submit questions anytime.

SLP Professional Development:
While sessions aren’t approved for ASHA CEUs, attendance is documented and certificates of participation are available upon request. These can typically be used toward ASHA CMHs or professional development hours for maintaining your CCCs.

Meet Jessica Kijowski, MS, CCC-SLP
Creator of The Speech Coach Collective

I’m an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 25 years of experience in accents, dialects, and pronunciation. Over the years, I’ve coached award-winning actors, models, executives, diplomats, and top professionals around the world and I’ve seen firsthand the power of clear, confident communication.

In 2014, I started my own accent-training practice from scratch with no students, no roadmap, and no business background.

Today, that practice has grown into a thriving private caseload with a months-long waitlist. That journey taught me exactly what works (and what doesn’t) when building a speech-coaching career that lasts.

Inside the Speech Coach Collective, I share everything I’ve learned to help you master both the craft and the business of speech coaching. Whether your goal is a full-time practice or a meaningful side hustle, you’ll find the guidance, community, and strategies to grow your confidence, your client results, and your income—one workshop, one strategy, one breakthrough at a time.

Speech Pathologists! All of the Speech Coach Collective live sessions/workshops are available for Professional Development or Continuing Education hours. We currently have over 150 workshops!

You just need to send me an email with the name of the session, the date that you watched it (so I can verify completion from my end), and your name as you would like it to appear on the certificate of completion.

Please note: These are NOT ASHA CEUs (registering each workshop with ASHA would be too time-consuming right now). Read this blog post to learn the difference between ASHA CEUs and PD hours:

Just FYI, I personally use PD hours to maintain my CCCs and have since 2015 when I realized that we don't actually NEED to use ASHA CEUs.

I don't pay for the registry, I just keep track of my own hours and save all of my certificates. I was audited once (strangely enough the first year that I decided not to pay the CE registry,, hmmmmm) and it is very easy to send the certificates. Just check with your state board for any specific requirements.
