Student Practice Portal Access

The Student Practice Portal is a client-facing practice system designed to support your students between sessions. Access is available only through Accent Channel–certified instructors.

🔹 For Speech Coach Collective (SCC) Members

Certified instructors who are active members of the Speech Coach Collective receive access to the Student Practice Portal for up to 25 students per month. Length of access is 6 months.

🔹 How to Request Student Access (SCC Members)

To set up access for your students, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the Student Access Request Form below to request access for your students (you may request access for as many students as you like).

2. In the form, you’ll see a field labeled “Length of Access.”

   • Please type “SCC Member” in this field.

3. Once your request is received, you will be issued a unique coupon code for each student.

4. Students will use their coupon code during enrollment to set up their accounts at no cost.

5. Students enroll using the designated enrollment page and enter the coupon code you provide at checkout.

Please note:

• Processing may take up to 5 business days, so plan accordingly when onboarding new students.

Student access is exclusively available to Accent Channel–certified instructors.

🔹 For Certified Instructors Who Are Not SCC Members

Certified instructors who are not currently enrolled in the Speech Coach Collective may still offer Student Practice Portal access to their students.

• Student Practice Portal access is intended for use with active students as part of certified instruction.

• Materials are not intended for redistribution or standalone use.

• Access is monitored by instructor name to ensure appropriate use and will be terminated if misuse is detected.

The Accent Channel Student Practice Portal

The Student Practice Portal is a client-facing practice system designed to support speech and accent training between sessions. It allows students to work independently while keeping instruction guided, focused, and connected to live teaching.

Rather than creating or sending custom assignments, instructors can direct students to structured practice materials that reinforce session goals and support steady progress.

How the Student Practice Portal Works With Your Teaching

The portal includes a comprehensive American English practice library covering:

• Rhythm and stress

• Intonation and clarity

• Vocabulary and functional speech patterns

• Individual sounds and pronunciation targets

Students:

• Create their own accounts and access materials anytime

• Can use the Kajabi app for convenient, on-the-go practice

• Work through guided activities designed to reinforce—not replace—live instruction

• Practice materials are structured and intentional, so students know exactly what to focus on between sessions

• Downloadable resources eliminate the need to create or send assignments manually

• Lessons prompt students to take notes, reflect, and bring questions back to their instructor

The Student Practice Portal is designed to support private instruction, not function as a standalone self-paced program.
