We want to make sure you are familiar with all the features so that you can get the most out of your membership.
To Cancel Your Membership
Of course we don't want you to cancel! There is so much to learn and practice every week, but if you do want to cancel, we want to make it as easy as possible. You can cancel your membership yourself, or send us an email and we can take care of it for you.
Cancelling your membership from your student dashboard is simple and you can do it yourself from your phone or computer.
To cancel from your student dashboard:
- Log in to your account
- On Your Computer: Click the avatar in the menu at the top right corner of the page to find the drop-down menu. On Your Phone: Click the 3 lines in the upper right corner for the drop-down menu.
- Click "Settings" then click "Credit Card Info"
- Click "Remove Card and Cancel"
- Find the membership you wish to cancel and click "Cancel"
Cancellations will be processed immediately and no further payment will be taken. We do not offer full or partial refunds, but you will have access to the program until the end of the current billing cycle.

Not sure where to begin?
Before you begin watching any of the weekly lessons, I highly recommend that you complete: Sections 1, 2, and 3 in the Speech Improvement Center.
The lessons in these sections will teach you the basic rules and foundations that you will need to improve your speech and you should be familiar with them before beginning the Weekly Speech Class.

3. Schedule your practice time.
Go to your calendar and carve out 20-30 minutes one day each to watch the weekly lesson and then about 10 minutes every day for repetition practice.

There is an Announcements tab in the upper right corner of your screen. Click on the avatar for a drop-down menu. If the announcement is important, I also send an email blast to all members but if you have unsubscribed from our emails, you will have to check here for all announcements.
