Program Refund Policy
(Planning and Running Your First Accent Training Session:Â Intro Course)
This workshop includes immediate access to proprietary training content and downloadable materials. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
If you experience any technical issues accessing the workshop or materials, please email us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

 (GlobalVoice Certification Program)
GlobalVoice™ includes immediate access to proprietary methods, training materials, and instructor-only resources. For this reason, all enrollments are final and non-refundable.
To help you decide if GlobalVoice™ is the right fit, we provide detailed program information and encourage prospective participants to review the curriculum carefully before enrolling.

If we ever decide to take the course offline before the course end date, you will be notified by email and may be eligible for a refund if you have been enrolled in the course for 30 days or less. No refunds will be offered if ASHA CEUs or CE credits have already been claimed for a course.

Membership Billing & Cancellation
(Speech Coach Collective)
The Speech Coach Collective is offered as a monthly or annual subscription and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
How to Cancel Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time directly from your account. Cancellations prevent future charges and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
To cancel:

Log in to your account

Click Settings in the upper-right corner

Select Billing
-
Scroll down and click Cancel
Past payments are non-refundable, and access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period.

Failed or Missed Payments
If a subscription or payment-plan payment is unsuccessful:

Access to the program or membership may be temporarily paused

Access will be automatically restored once payment is successfully processed
