This page outlines billing, cancellation, and refund policies for programs and memberships offered through The Accent Channel. Please review this information carefully before enrolling.


Program Refund Policy

(Foundations & GlobalVoice Certification Programs)

I stand behind the quality and results of my certification programs. For that reason, new participants are given a 7-day review period from the date of purchase to explore the program and confirm it is the right fit.

These are comprehensive professional training programs that include:

  • Over 500 lessons

  • More than 15 hours of core instruction

  • Access to an extensive practice library and instructor resources

  • Live session replays dating back to 2021

  • Proprietary methods and teaching frameworks developed through The Accent Channel Methodā„¢

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment

  • The participant must not have completed more than 5% of the course

  • The participant must not have downloaded substantial portions of the materials

This policy protects the integrity of the program and its proprietary teaching materials while still allowing time to review the structure, lessons, and overall approach before committing.

How to Request a Refund

Participants who wish to request a refund must:

  1. Submit a written request by email to [email protected] within 7 days of enrollment

  2. Complete a short follow-up survey so we can better understand the concern

Once the survey has been completed, the request will be reviewed and, if approved, a full refund will be issued.

When a refund is granted, access to all course materials will be immediately revoked.

Additional Refund Terms

  • No refunds will be offered if ASHA CEUs or CE credits have already been claimed

  • If a course is taken offline by The Accent Channel, participants enrolled for 30 days or less may be eligible for a refund

  • No refunds are provided outside of the stated refund window


Membership Billing & Cancellation

(Speech Coach Collective)

The Speech Coach Collective is offered as a monthly or annual subscription and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time directly from your account. Cancellations prevent future charges and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click Settings in the upper-right corner

  3. Select Billing

  4. Scroll down and click Cancel

Past payments are non-refundable, and access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period.

Failed or Missed Payments

If a subscription or payment-plan payment is unsuccessful:

  • Access to the program or membership may be temporarily paused

  • Access will be automatically restored once payment is successfully processed
