CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Due to the specialized nature of our proprietary method of accent training, as well as the fact that most of the materials in the program are downloadable, no refunds will be given for this program.
If we ever decide to take the course offline before the course end date, you will be notified by email and may be eligible for a refund if you have been enrolled in the course for 7 days or less. No refunds will be offered if ASHA CEUs or CE credits have already been claimed for a course.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any technical issues or trouble accessing the program. We will take care of you as soon as possible.

However, if you are truly not satisfied with the program, we are here to help.
Participants who are not satisfied with our courses may submit a written complaint by email to [email protected] within 7 days of enrollment. We will send you a short survey so that we can understand your complaint. Once the survey has been completed, we will use this information to resolve the complaint then provide a full or partial refund, if warranted.
If a refund is granted, your access to all course materials will be immediately revoked.
FEES
In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.
You may choose between a single payment (due immediately) or monthly payments. If you elect to pay for The Accent Channel Method in full, you can pay in one payment. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following payments on a monthly basis. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.
You are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.
Consent to receive emails
By enrolling in this course, you agree to receive emails from The Accent Channel. This is necessary to ensure that you receive your log in information and any important updates about the program. We will never share your email address with anyone else. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Thank you!
