What You Really Need On Your Website
Mar 29, 2022
Ok, teachers.
Time for some tough love.
You need to stop worrying about your logo, your brand colors, and the design of your website.
These things will not help you find students.
You can worry about design and aesthetics after you’ve made some money, but the look/branding/color/design of a website does not make a sale.
There. I’ve said it.
And I talk more about it in this short lesson taken from a recent Live Coaching Session for The Accent Channel Method Teacher Training Program.
I’m sharing it with you because I want to help you avoid the biggest time-wasting, procrastination-inducing mistakes that almost everyone makes when starting an online training business.
Last year, I advised and helped over 150 new teachers start offering accent training as an online business (or as a side hustle) and almost every one of them has wasted time worrying about these things when they should be focusing their energy on more important things!
And I’ll tell you what these things are in the lesson.
You’ll learn:
- Why you don’t need to worry about your logo or the design of your website
- Where to spend and where to save when you are just starting out
- What to include on your website to enroll new students and increase sales
It’s only five minutes but I promise it will be well worth your time.
Enjoy!
